# Quick Start

> Create your Research and Desire account and get started in minutes

Get up and running with the Research and Desire Dashboard. Follow these steps to create your account and begin exploring.

## Create your account

    Go to the [Research and Desire Dashboard](https://dashboard.researchanddesire.com).

  <Step title="Sign up">
    Click **Create a free account** at the bottom of the login page. You can sign
    up using your email and a password, or use a social provider for faster
    access.

  <Step title="Verify your email">
    Check your inbox for a verification email and click the confirmation link to activate your account.

      If you don't see the email, check your spam folder or request a new verification link.

  <Step title="Complete onboarding">
    Follow the onboarding flow to configure your account preferences and get familiar with the dashboard.
