    **0:00** Hello! Today I'm going to show you how to make training settings for a Deepthroat Trainer. I've logged in today as a top account, Delirious Leather, and I'm controlling in the top left, Thematic Voyeur, one of my partners.

    **0:12** They have a Deepthroat Trainer paired to their account, and we're going to work together to make some settings for them to train on.

    **0:17** So I've navigated to, on the left, Deepthroat Trainer, Templates, and I'm going to click on Add New. This will create a new template that will be applied to their account.

    **0:27** Each template has a name, difficulty, and up to three segments (or up to 100 with Ultra subscription). Song of Cyanide, in an upcoming video, will tell you more about the types of segments: Repetition, Endurance, and Freeform.

    **0:39** Today I'm just going to show you how to create a three-segment training session for your partner. So here, on the left, I'll click Add New.

    **0:48** And just for fun, I'll give them a little Endurance and a little Freeform. You can change the parameters of these segments right here on the right.

    **0:58** And by adding a name, we can hit Save. And this is, if we go back to Templates, automatically set as the active and default settings on Thematic Voyeur's account.

    **1:12** Perfect. That's it for today. Good job.

## Segment Types

Training sessions are built from segments. Each segment type offers a different training approach to help develop skills progressively.

  <Card title="Endurance" icon="stopwatch" href="./endurance">

  <Card title="Freeform" icon="wand-magic-sparkles" href="./freeform">

  <Card title="Bounce" icon="arrows-up-down" href="./bounce">

<Tip>
  Start with Repetition segments to build foundational skills, then progress to Endurance and Freeform as comfort and confidence grow. Bounce is more advanced—try it once you've mastered Repetition.

## Understanding feedback

During training, your device provides real-time feedback through LED colors and on-screen indicators. Learn more about interpreting this feedback:
