# Device States

> Understanding the different operational modes and states of your Chastity Lockbox

Your Chastity Lockbox operates in several distinct states, each designed to provide specific functionality while maintaining security and safety. This section covers everything you need to know about how your device behaves in different situations.

## Operational states

## Lock modes
