Flash only when instructed by support
Use Chrome or Edge, a data-capable USB cable, and stable power. Stop the OSSM and disconnect its motor power before connecting USB.

Instructions:
- Connect your OSSM to your computer via USB-C
- Select the firmware version above
- Click the "Connect & Flash" button
- Select your OSSM from the device list
- Wait for the flash to complete
