RADR Quick Start

RADR is the wireless remote for OSSM and supported Bluetooth toys. This page gets you from powered off to connected as quickly as possible.

Before You Begin

  • Charge RADR with a USB-C cable.
  • Power on the device you want to control.
  • If you are using OSSM, make sure it is running firmware 2.0.0 or later.
  • Close any phone apps that may already be connected to your Bluetooth toy.

RADR only connects to supported devices. See Device Support for the current compatibility list.

Step 1: Learn the Controls

RADR remote layout: screen, three buttons, left/right knobs, and bumpers

  • Left knob: speed
  • Right knob: depth, sensation, or stroke depending on the active mode
  • Left and right bumpers: switch modes
  • Left button: home or back
  • Middle button: pause or stop
  • Right button: menu or OK

Step 2: Power on RADR

Flip the power switch to the right, toward the USB-C port. RADR scans for nearby supported Bluetooth devices when it starts.

You can also start a manual scan later from the main menu by selecting Device Search.

Step 3: Prepare Your Device

For OSSM, power it on and let it finish homing. For Lovense or other Bluetooth devices, power on the toy and make sure no phone app is connected.

Warning

A Bluetooth device can usually only have one active controller at a time. Close vendor apps before pairing with RADR.

Step 4: Select Your Device

When RADR shows discovered devices, use the right knob to scroll and press the right button to connect.

Success

You should see connection messages such as "Connecting...", "Connected! Setting up device...", and "Device ready!"

Step 5: Start Playing

Once connected, RADR opens the play controls screen and the middle LED turns white.

From here you can adjust speed with the left knob, switch modes with the bumpers, and adjust the active mode with the right knob.

Pattern Mode

Press the right button to open Pattern Mode and select built-in OSSM motion patterns.
