Hello! I’m Syenite Song — sex educator, sex worker, and throat G.O.A.T.I’m here to introduce you to Research and Desire’s Deepthroat Trainer. It’s a training device that helps you gradually reduce your gag reflex and build endurance. It works with a wide range of toys and can even be used with a partner.Paired with Research and Desire’s online dashboard, you can track progress over time, connect with partners, and — if you’re feeling competitive — climb the leaderboards. Let’s head to the bedroom so I can show you how it works.
Practice safely. If you feel pain, nausea, dizziness, or difficulty breathing, stop immediately and rest. Train slowly, use plenty of water‑based lubricant, and listen to your body.

Setup guides

Follow these guides in order to get your Deepthroat Trainer up and running.

Quick overview

Already familiar with the basics? Here’s a condensed checklist.
1

Create your account

Register for a dashboard account and confirm your email.
2

Pair your trainer

Power on your Deepthroat Trainer, note the Trainer ID shown during boot, and enter it in the dashboard under Settings → Devices.
If the device is already paired to another account, have the current owner unpair it first. See the device ownership policy for transfer requests.
3

Connect to Wi‑Fi

Hold the button from the home screen to enter Settings, then follow the Wi‑Fi setup guide to connect to your 2.4 GHz network.
The trainer only supports 2.4 GHz Wi‑Fi. If your router combines 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz under one name, create a separate 2.4 GHz SSID or use your router’s IoT/guest network.
4

Start training

Choose a compatible toy, apply water‑based lubricant, and position the trainer on a stable surface. From the dashboard, select a training template or start a freeform session, then fetch settings to your device and press Start.
See using different toys for toy compatibility and setup tips.
5

Review your results

After training, check your results in the dashboard to see grades, points earned, and leaderboard position.

Common questions

The trainer works best online so it can fetch the latest training settings and upload results. If you run a session while offline, results won’t upload until the trainer reconnects. See connectivity FAQs for details.
Invite a partner to view your results and hold you accountable, and use points to compete on leaderboards. Learn how scoring works in the points guide.
Wipe the trainer body with a soft microfiber cloth and a mild surface cleaner (avoid soaking). Clean toys according to their material guidelines. Always disconnect power before cleaning.
  • Can’t find your Trainer ID? Restart the device and check the boot screen.
  • Already paired to someone else? Ask the original owner to unpair, or see the device ownership policy.
  • Wi‑Fi won’t connect? Ensure you’re on 2.4 GHz, verify the password, and move the trainer closer to the router.
