Quick start
Run Your First Session
Use one low, comfortable segment to verify mounting, calibration, feedback, stopping, and result delivery.
Before this task, complete Safety, mounting, pairing, toy setup, and calibration.
Preflight
- Pull-test the mount again.
- Confirm the toy is clean, undamaged, secure, and matches the dashboard selection.
- Disconnect the charging cable.
- Make sure you can move away immediately.
- Choose one segment with the lowest settings you can comfortably control.
Start
- Switch on the Trainer.
- Let startup and network checks finish.
- Review the session and toy shown on the device. Stop if either is unexpected.
- Complete calibration if prompted.
- Start the segment and follow the screen. Treat text and position indicators as the primary feedback; do not rely on color alone.
Stop or finish
You may stop at any time by ending your movement and moving away from the toy. Power off once it is safe to reach the switch.
If you finish the segment, continue until the completion screen appears.
Success
The mount remained stable, you stayed in control, the device showed a grade or completion state, and no error remained on screen.
