Safety and Stopping

Prepare a stable Deep Throat Trainer setup, keep control of movement, and know when to stop.

Read this page before mounting a toy or starting a session. The Trainer provides feedback; it does not make a setup safe for you.

Before every session

  • Use the Trainer only while alert, able to move away immediately, and able to operate the controls.
  • Keep your airway clear. Do not use a restraint or position that prevents you from stopping or moving away.
  • Inspect the Trainer, mount, toy, charging cable, and surrounding area. Do not use damaged, loose, wet, or unstable equipment.
  • Secure the backboard to a clean, smooth, non-porous surface and pull-test the mount before use.
  • Use a clean, body-safe toy in good condition. Follow its manufacturer’s cleaning and lubricant guidance.
  • Start with settings you can comfortably control. Calibration is measurement, not a target to push past.
  • Keep the floor and route away from the Trainer clear.

Do not train while charging

Disconnect the USB cable before a session. Keep the charging port dry.

Stop immediately when

Stop moving and move away from the toy if you experience pain, breathing difficulty, dizziness, nausea, numbness, bleeding, panic, equipment movement, or any other concerning symptom.

  1. Stop your movement.
  2. Move your body away from the toy; remove the toy only if you can do so safely.
  3. Switch the Trainer off when it is safe to reach the switch.
  4. Do not resume until you understand and correct the cause.
  5. Seek urgent medical help for breathing difficulty, serious injury, or symptoms that do not resolve.

After a session

Power off the Trainer. Remove and clean the toy according to its material guidance. Wipe the Trainer body rather than immersing it, and inspect the mount before the next use.

Continue to charge and mount the Trainer.
