Power controls

Your Deepthroat Trainer has a power switch on the side of the device. Slide it up to turn the device on.
When you power on, the display shows your Trainer ID briefly during boot. You’ll use this for pairing later.

Charge your device

1

Connect the cable

Plug a USB‑C cable into the port on the top of your Trainer, then connect the other end to a USB power source (wall adapter, computer, or power bank).
Use dry, undamaged cables and adapters. Do not charge the device if the port is wet or if the cable shows signs of damage.
2

Verify charging status on-screen

The display shows charging status when power is connected.
You should see a battery indicator on the screen within a few seconds. If nothing appears, try a different USB‑C cable and/or power source.
3

Allow the battery to reach your desired level

You can begin training once you have sufficient charge for your session.
Typical battery life is about 4 hours of use on a full charge. When powering accessories like the vibrating plug, expect approximately 1.5–2.5 hours.

Troubleshooting: device won’t turn on

If your Trainer isn’t powering on, work through these steps:
1

Verify your power source

Test the outlet or USB port with another device to confirm it’s delivering power.
2

Inspect your charging cable and adapter

Look for visible damage on the cable and adapter. If available, try a different USB‑C cable or a known‑good power adapter.
3

Give it time to recover from a deep discharge

If the battery is fully depleted, it may need time before it can power on. Leave your Trainer connected to power for at least 30 minutes, then try turning it on again.
4

Check if the device only works while plugged in

If your Trainer powers on while connected to USB but shuts off or won’t turn on after unplugging—even when the screen showed “charging complete”—this indicates a battery issue that requires support assistance.
