Power Controls

Your Deepthroat Trainer has a power switch located on the side of the device. Slide it up to turn the device on.
You can use your Trainer while it’s charging. Hold the front button for 1 second after plugging in to enable this mode.

Charging Your Device

Connect a USB-C cable to the port on top of your Trainer. When connected to power, the screen displays the charging status. A full charge provides approximately 3–5 hours of use, depending on accessory usage.

Troubleshooting: Device Won’t Turn On

If your Trainer isn’t powering on, work through these steps:

Verify your power source

Confirm your outlet or USB port is working by testing it with another device.

Inspect your charging cable and adapter

Check for visible damage on both the cable and adapter. If available, try a different USB-C cable or power adapter.

Allow time to charge

A deeply depleted battery may need time before the device can power on. Leave your Trainer connected to the charger for at least 30 minutes, then try turning it on again.

Contact support

If none of the above steps resolve the issue, you may have a hardware problem. Reach out to our support team for assistance.
