Both OSSM and RADR devices use the same web-based flashing process. You can update or reinstall firmware directly from your browser without installing any additional software.

Flash your device

Open the web flasher

Navigate to the Web Flasher in your browser.
The web flasher requires a browser with Web Serial API support. Use Chrome, Edge, or Safari for best results.

Connect your device

Plug your OSSM or RADR into your computer using a USB cable. The web flasher will detect the device automatically.

Follow the on-screen instructions

The web flasher guides you through selecting your device and firmware version. Click Flash when ready.
Once flashing completes, your device will restart with the new firmware installed.

Troubleshooting

If your computer doesn’t recognize the device, you may need to install USB UART drivers.
Download and install the CP210x Windows Drivers from Silicon Labs.
After installing drivers, disconnect and reconnect your device, then refresh the web flasher page.
The Web Serial API is only available in Chromium-based browsers. If you’re using Firefox or another unsupported browser, switch to Chrome, Edge, or Safari.
