Is your packaging discreet?

All orders are shipped in non-descript cardboard boxes. For customs purposes, products are described in their most basic safe-for-work sense - for example, we describe the Deepthroat Trainer as a “Wireless Distance Sensor.”

Where is my order being shipped from?

All orders are shipped from our R+D warehouse based in Toronto, ON, Canada 🇨🇦.


What courier services do you use?

We use the following courier services: UPS, Canada Post, and ChitChats 🚚. This includes shipments to the EU.


Do you ship globally?

We do our best to ship globally, although this is sometimes constrained by where our couriers will and will not operate, If you are wondering about our ability to ship to a specific country, then please contact us!

Can I expect to pay import or brokerage fees on my order?

If you live outside of Canada, your shipment may be subject to import and/or brokerage fees. For more information on customs fees, you can contact your local customs authority.

For EU customers, the brokerage fee typically averages between €6.00-8.00.


Will I have to pay VAT on my purchase?

All shipments to European Union countries as well as shipments to the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Iceland, and Norway are subject to VAT charges. If you’re unsure as to whether or not VAT charges will apply to your purchase, check with your local customs authority.


Do you collect the VAT at time-of-purchase?

Unfortunately Shopify does not enable us to collect VAT at time-of-purchase, but if you are purchasing from our Etsy shop you can remit the VAT payment at time-of-purchase.

VAT only applied to our EU customers.


Do you ship express?

Yes! You can select your shipment service, whether express, standard, or other at checkout.


How long will it take to ship my order?

We process most orders within 3-10 business days. If for some reason your order is delayed, our support team with your order details.
