Bounce mode builds on the fundamentals of Repetition mode with an added challenge: you control the pace in both directions. While Repetition mode emphasizes gradual insertion with quick withdrawals, Bounce mode requires you to maintain a steady, controlled rhythm for both the downward and upward movements.
Focus on finding a sustainable tempo that you can maintain consistently. Smooth, controlled movements score better than rushed or erratic ones.

How it works

In Bounce mode, you’re scored on your ability to:
  • Control insertion speed — Move gradually and steadily downward
  • Control withdrawal speed — Move gradually and steadily upward
  • Maintain rhythm — Keep a consistent tempo throughout your session

Scoring

Bounce mode uses a scoring system similar to Repetition mode, but evaluates both directions of movement equally. Your score reflects how well you maintain controlled, rhythmic motion throughout the exercise.
This mode is excellent for building endurance and developing muscle memory for smooth, consistent technique.
