Care, Charging, and Power Questions
Clean the Trainer, diagnose charging and startup symptoms, and identify when support is required.
How do I charge it?
Use a dry, undamaged USB-C cable and power source. Confirm a charging indication on the display. Disconnect the cable before training. See Charging.
How long does charging take or the battery last?
The current repository does not contain a verified charge-time, capacity, runtime, or battery-storage specification. Environment, accessories, firmware, and battery condition can change runtime, so this guide does not publish an estimate.
It does not turn on. What should I check?
Verify the outlet or USB port with another device, try a known-good data/power cable, inspect the port for damage or moisture, and allow a deeply discharged unit time on power before retrying. If it works only while connected or becomes hot, swollen, odorous, or visibly damaged, disconnect it if safe and stop using it.
Can I replace the battery?
No user battery replacement procedure or approved part specification is present in this repository. Contact support rather than substituting a battery.
How often should I inspect it?
Before every use. No additional fixed service interval is published. Inspect the mount, attachment, housing, controls, sensor area, USB port, and toy.
How should I store it?
Store it switched off, dry, protected from impact, and without a toy attached. Do not put weight on the display, button, sensor, or connector.
