Once you’re done training, you can turn your device off—maybe even pop the toy out of it—and then go to the Research & Desire dashboard.Once you’ve finished your sessions, you can see your grades, how many points you earned, and where you are on the leaderboards if you’re feeling competitive.Your partner can also log in and review the same details—great for accountability or encouragement as you move up the leaderboards.It’s a great system with a community element that’s unique and worth checking out.
Once you complete a training session, power off your device and remove the toy if desired. Then visit the Research & Desire dashboard to review your performance.

What you can track

On the dashboard, you can view:
  • Session grades — see your performance for each session and segment
  • Points earned — track how many points you added and your total points
  • Leaderboard rankings — check where you stand across weekly, monthly, and all‑time boards
Invite your partner to log in and review these details too. It’s great for accountability and encouragement as you climb the leaderboards.

Sign in to your dashboard

Go to dashboard.researchanddesire.com and sign in with your account credentials.
You should see your device(s) and recent activity on the dashboard home.

Review your latest training session

Open Deepthroat Trainer to see your most recent session summary. Select a session to view its grade, points earned, and segment-by-segment performance.
If you trained offline, session data won’t upload or count toward points until you reconnect. For more on connectivity and data capture, see Trainer FAQs.

Check your points and rank

  • Learn how points are calculated in Points.
  • For competitive tracking, visit Leaderboards to see weekly, monthly, and all‑time standings.
After a completed, online session, your total points should increase and your leaderboard position may update.

Adjust privacy or notifications (optional)

  • Manage visibility and leaderboard participation in Settings.
  • Configure email alerts (for rank changes, promotions, and more) in Email Preferences.
If you opt out of public leaderboards, your profile won’t appear in public rankings. You’ll still see your own results.

Troubleshooting

  • Confirm your Trainer was online during the session. Offline sessions don’t upload data or award points.
  • Make sure your device is paired to your account. If needed, follow the Pairing Guide.
  • Refresh the dashboard after a few moments. If it still doesn’t appear, contact support from the Help button in the dashboard.
  • Verify the session shows a grade and completion time.
  • Review how scoring works in Points. Some modes depend on accuracy, depth, or time in zone.
  • Ensure you were connected to Wi‑Fi; reconnect and try another session if needed.
Open Settings and adjust your privacy preferences to opt out of public leaderboards.
