How to earn XP points
You can earn points in three primary ways:Lockbox sessions
Complete any lock session using your Chastity Lockbox. Locks with longer durations generate more points per session. These are unaffected if you take breaks during the session.
Deepthroat training sessions
Complete a training session on your Deepthroat Trainer using any training template (and any training segment type) to earn points. Stronger performance yields more points per session.
Community engagement
Generate points by voting on other users’ lock session durations (using the Public Links tab while signed in), as well as by enabling public voting on your active lock session (and sharing the voting link).
Points by Deepthroat Trainer mode
A training session can be composed of one or more training modes (also know as “segments”). Each training mode calculates points from your performance metrics using the formulas below.Repetition Mode
Repetition Mode
Points reward both your rep count and precision.Formula:

Bounce Mode
Uses the same scoring as Repetition Mode with identical mechanics.Formula:

Verify your points after a session
Finish a training session and ensure your device is connected to the internet so results can upload.
Open
Dashboard → Leaderboards → Pointsand confirm your total increased.
- Train consistently — regular sessions compound your point total over time
- Rotate training modes — variety prevents burnout and builds complementary skills
- Share your progress — community votes provide a passive point stream
- Set incremental goals — celebrate milestones to stay motivated
- Study the leaderboards — observe top performers for inspiration and technique ideas
Every point represents real progress. Focus on consistent improvement, and the leaderboard ranks will follow.
