Overview
Your account settings give you control over core login credentials:- Email address โ Update the email associated with your account
- Password โ Change your password to maintain security
You must have access to the inbox for any new email you set. Keep your current
password handy for in-session changes.
Change your email address
The entire email change happens inside a single dialog โ you never leave the page.Open profile settings
In the dashboard, click your profile picture (top-right) โ Profile. In Private Details, locate Email Address.
You should see your current email and a Change Email action.
Enter your new email
Type the new email in New Email Address. The form validates format and requires it to be different from your current address.
Send the verification code
Click Send Code. A 6-digit verification code is sent to your new email address. The dialog advances to the verification step automatically.
A verification code is only sent to the new email address. You stay signed
in throughout the process.
What to expect
- Email uniqueness โ The new email must not already be in use
- No logout โ You remain signed in while verifying the change
- Fast delivery โ The verification code typically arrives within seconds
- Permanent update โ Once verified, you must use the new address for future logins

- Check spam/junk
- Wait a few minutes and refresh your inbox
- Confirm the address you entered has no typos
- Click Resend code in the verification dialog (available after a short cooldown)
- If still stuck, contact support from your dashboard

Click Back in the verification dialog to return to the email entry step and correct the address.

Verification codes expire after a short time. Click Resend code in the dialog to receive a fresh code and try again.
Change your password
Enter a new password
Type your new password in New Password. The form validates requirements in
real time.
Meet password requirements
Your password must include: - At least 8 characters - One uppercase letter
(AโZ) - One lowercase letter (aโz) - One number (0โ9) - One special character
(!@#$%^&* etc.)
Submit the change
Click Reset Password. After processing, youโre redirected to the main dashboard.
The new password takes effect immediately across all devices.
What to expect
- Immediate effect โ Your old password stops working right away
- No email verification โ You wonโt need to confirm by email
- Other devices โ You may need to sign in again on devices where youโre currently logged in

- Verify length and character mix (uppercase, lowercase, number, special)
- Fix the specific rule the form flags and try again

Use the Forgot Password link on the sign-in page to receive a reset link. You can also use the EโMail Link option to sign in with a oneโtime magic link/code, then change your password from settings. See Dashboard FAQs for details.

- Account protection โ Keeps recovery and notifications under your control
