Overview
Your account settings give you control over your core login credentials:- Email address — Update the email associated with your account
- Password — Change your password to maintain security
Change your email address

Navigate to profile settings
Click your profile picture in the top-right corner and select Profile from the dropdown menu. You’ll see the Private Details section.

Open the email change dialog
In the Email Address section, click Change Email. A dialog box appears showing your current email address.

Enter your new email address
Type your new email address in the New Email Address field. The system validates the format automatically and requires an address different from your current one.

Submit the change
Click Update Email to submit your request. You’ll see a loading indicator while the change processes.

Verify your new email
After submitting, you’re automatically logged out and redirected to a confirmation page. Check your new email inbox for a verification link and click it to complete the change.

Sign back in
Once verified, sign in with your new email address. Your previous email address no longer works for login.
Email verification required — You must verify your new email address before you can sign in again. If you don’t receive the verification email within a few minutes, check your spam folder.
What to expect
- Email uniqueness — Your new email address must not already be in use by another account
- Automatic logout — You’re logged out immediately after requesting the change for security
- Verification timing — The verification link typically arrives within seconds
- Permanent change — Once verified, you cannot revert to your old email without going through the change process again

If you made a typo in the email address, contact support for assistance. Your old email address won’t work for login after initiating the change.
Change your password

Navigate to password settings
Go to your profile settings by selecting Profile then Private Details. Click Change Password in the Password section to open a dedicated password change page.

Enter your new password
Type your new password in the New Password field. The system validates your password in real-time. Click the info icon (ℹ️) to view password requirements.

Meet password requirements
Your password must include:
- At least 8 characters
- One uppercase letter (A-Z)
- One lowercase letter (a-z)
- One number (0-9)
- One special character (!@#$%^&* etc.)

Submit the change
Click Reset Password to update your password. After processing, you’re redirected to the main dashboard.

Use your new password
Your new password takes effect immediately. Use it for all future logins and update any saved passwords in your browser or password manager.
What to expect
- Immediate effect — Password changes take effect instantly
- No email verification — Unlike email changes, password updates don’t require email verification
- Old password invalidated — Your previous password stops working as soon as the new one is set
- Other devices — You may need to sign in again on other devices

Use the Forgot Password link on the login page. This sends a password reset link to your email, allowing you to set a new password through the reset process.
