Connect RADR to OSSM
Prepare and home OSSM, connect RADR over Bluetooth, and verify pause and full Stop before use.
- Complete the OSSM safety checklist and keep the motion path empty.
- Confirm OSSM uses firmware 2.0.0 or later as required by the current RADR integration. If the version is older or unknown, contact support before flashing.
- Power on OSSM and allow homing to finish.
- Set RADR speed and motion values to zero, then power on RADR.
- Select the OSSM in the scan list and wait for Device ready!.
- Confirm the OSSM control screen appears.
- With the travel path empty, apply minimum speed and a short depth.
- Press the middle button once and confirm Paused with motion stopped.
- Double-press the middle button and confirm the documented full-Stop values before positioning anyone.

Do not continue if the wrong OSSM connects, the carriage moves before commanded, the screen values do not match motion, or either Stop test fails.
