This guide covers the complete official OSSM build. Many modifications are available to customize your specific buildβ€”check the community mods section for alternatives.

Motor

NEMA 23 Servo Motor – IHSV57-30-18

NEMA 23 Servo Motor – IHSV57-30-18 Most builders choose the 180W model for maximum power. The 140W and 100W variants are also available if you prefer lower power consumption.
Avoid the StepperOnline version of this motor due to compatibility issues with the OSSM firmware.
