0:00 Hi there, today I'm going to show you how to reflash your chastity lockbox. It's not recommended that you do this unless instructed to do so by Research and Desire support. 0:09 If you have any issues, please start by contacting Research and Desire first. If you have been instructed to reflash your chastity lockbox, then you'll want to watch this video to make sure you understand that process. 0:24 I'm starting today at researchanddesire.com and you can see that I have my lockbox on the desk. Now, in the browser, I'm going to navigate to the link that was provided to me. 0:35 It is researchanddesire.com slash LKBX, our shorthand for lockbox. This will bring you to the web flasher. Then, on my device, I'm just going to make sure there is a USB-C cable. 0:48 Thank you. Plugged in to my Chatsky lockbox and also into my laptop. Most laptops should work, uh, as long as it's got a data cable. 1:01 That's the only thing that's really important. What I mean by that is some cables, some USB-C cables only do charging and not data. 1:10 So it is absolutely critical that data can be transferred. Assuming that's the case, then we can now click on Connect. 1:17 This will look for devices inside of your USB-C ports. You'll want to find one that reads USB, uh, USB JTAG Serial Debug or something of this nature. 1:30 Clicking Connect will attempt to connect to that box. If you cannot connect to your, uh, Chatsky Lockbox using this method, please contact Research and Desire. 1:41 But if you do see this pop-up, then you can now reinstall the software, which will erase all the settings on your device. 1:51 However, it will not unpair this from your account. The pairing, if you have paired it, will still be there. Perfect. 2:05 You can now see the latest firmware has been installed and we've entered calibration mode.
